This does not mean you're not in compliance with the Parity Rate since Best Available Rate or any other public rate, offer or package is right there.

Opaque Biddings are those rates a specific user or any user gets by using a special code. The hotel may determine different uses for opaque biddings such as discounted rates, negotiated or consortia rate and regular customer rates.
Also, in order to encourage hotels to make use of O.B., the portal's manager should grant reduced fees or commissions to be paid for only those rates, leaving unchanged other rates and fees unchanged.
